Please give as much information as possible and by booking you agree that:
I undertake to accept responsibility for the proper and ordinary use of the Pavilion and for leaving it in a clean and tidy condition. I also agree to accept responsibility for any damage, loss or extra cleaning needed and to reimburse the Newick Sports Pavilion Management Committee for the cost of any expense incurred. Any use of the grounds outside the Pavilion must be agreed with the Parish Council.
I understand that the Newick Sports Pavilion Management Committee reserve the right to refuse any application without necessarily being obliged to state their reasons.
I also undertake to ensure that the requirements of the law regarding the use of the Pavilion are fully observed, to obtain licences where necessary and to pay such royalties as may be due. Any club or organisation that is regularly involved with children and wishes to hire the Pavilion should have a “Child Protection Policies and Procedures” in place.
The hire cost of £14.00/hour (reduced to £11.00/hour for block bookings of 10 or more) should be paid 14 days in advance of the booked date. An additional charge of £10 is made on all weekend bookings. There is also a £10.00 charge for use of the audio/visual equipment.
This application will be sent to Ms Wendy Turner who will contact you to confirm, or otherwise, the booking and advise arrangements for payment.
